Applied AI Engineer

About the role

You will work across our client portfolio, identifying high-leverage places to apply LLMs and classical ML — and then making them work, with proper evaluation, in production.

What you'll do

• Prototype, evaluate and ship LLM-powered features end to end.
• Build evaluation harnesses and dashboards for model quality.
• Partner with product and engineering on data and feedback loops.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years building production software, with at least one shipped ML or LLM feature.
• Strong Python and a working knowledge of modern model APIs and tooling.
• Healthy skepticism about hype; obsession with evaluation.

Nice to have

• Background in NLP, retrieval or recommendations.
• Open-source or research contributions.
